We are inviting all blocks to participate in cleaning their blocks for the day. After the cleaning is over we will meet at the garden for a social distance mixer and (covid-allowing) lunch to celebrate the neighborhood. Alongside the block cleanups, we will also focus on cleaning up the garden on 5^th street, and replenishing some of the plants that have long wilted. Our intent is to have students focusing on the garden space, and have them join in blocks if they are comfortable participating.

We will offer volunteer opportunities if you attend this event. Lastly, we’d like to also offer you additional hours of service if you organize a cleanup on your respective blocks (with our help).
